The ARES 3-Piece 2-Stage Universal Joint Set includes 1/4-inch, 3/8-inch, and 1/2-inch drive u-joint sockets that feature a 2-stage ball design that allows each socket to be used as a swivel when pulled out or locked in place when pushed in. Made from high-strength, premium chrome moly steel for increased durability with a black manganese phosphate finish for maximum corrosion and rust resistance, these universal joints offer 360-degree rotation in the swivel position for easier access to those hard-to-reach places and provide standard usage in the fixed position. Each universal joint also offers knurling on the collar for enhanced grip and can be used with impact tools. These tools meet or exceed ANSI standards.
